What does Crecca do exactly?
Crecca develops bespoke web applications, mobile apps (iOS and Android) and provides software consultancy. Founded in 2000, based on the Weesperstraat in Amsterdam, with extensive expertise in back-end systems — specialising in the liquid storage industry.
Which industries has Crecca the most experience in?
Our main specialisation is in the liquid bulk storage industry — Terminal Management Systems, stock accounting, tank measurements, customs declarations and EDI integrations. We also build software for organisations requiring complex workflow logic.
Do you build mobile apps?
Yes, for both iOS and Android. Usually as an extension of an existing web application, when users need offline functionality, push notifications or native integrations.
What does your consultancy involve?
Software architecture advice, code reviews, guidance on vendor selection and second-opinion reviews for major roll-outs. Useful when you need an independent assessment, or when a project is at risk of stalling.
Can you integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. We regularly build interfaces with ERP packages, accounting software, customs software (such as Softpak and Customs Controller), and third-party APIs. EDI and REST are our daily bread.
How long has Crecca been in business?
Crecca was founded in 2000. Since the summer of 2024 we have been based in the centre of Amsterdam, at Weesperstraat 102, on the corner of Nieuwe Keizersgracht.
How do you work — dedicated teams or project-based?
Both. We work on both a secondment and project basis. Our team is small, pragmatic, highly skilled (minimum HBO-level software development) and accustomed to long-term partnerships.
